You the customer certify that you are 18 years or older.  You the consumer agree to release ACME Bullet Company, its employees, owners and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses and charges resulting from the direct, indirect and/or misuse of any product purchased from ACME Bullet Company or any of its affiliates.  Suggestions and information on our website is designed to educate the consumer.  Any and all decisions to act on the information provided and use of our product is done so at the discretion of the individual consumer.  ACME Bullet Company accepts no liability for any alleged harm resulting from the use or misuse of the information and products available on our website.  You the consumer agrees to follow all state and local laws in regards to the purchase of ammunition and reloading components.  This includes but is not limited to any and all claims, legal fees, and costs associated thereof.

The consumer/individual assumes any and all risk associated with the use and/or misuse of the product purchased as well as information provided.
